Custom badge or status for community management
Teams is a fantastic place to run a Community of Interest/Practice - but it would be even better if there was a way to 'credit' community managers - the ability for an administrator to be able to assign badges or status to people that put up their hand to help with community management would be amazing - even if it was something small like a ring around their profile pic?
I've seen a similar request around badges for student progress - shows there are more use cases for this type of feature?
Thanks for the ability to put in feedback - love that you run these!

Along these same lines, Teams is being used for a lot of virtual conferences. The idea of a badge that displays on the Profile pic during a meeting would be a nice way for others in the meeting to see some basic information about the user.
The idea is that the meeting organizer would be able to configure "categories" that meeting attendees can pick from or a setting to allow the attendee to make their own when they join the meeting or that are assigned to an entire team site or specific channel. For virtual events that span multiple meetings or days, if you could configure or save this for the whole team or whole channel would be nice so that the attendee does not have reconfigure their badge for each meeting. I think this would help increase collaboration and networking aspects of a virtual conference. You could even allow the attendees to configure a whole badge that includes basics like company, job title, location, and so on just like a real conference badge and an option to share contact information with other attendees. Then if someone clicks on your profile/pic in the meeting they can see your badge with any information that you want to share.

Microsoft do this internally - how about letting us use the same thing externally. Amazing opportunities for identifying MS365 champions, and Yammer Community leaders, etc.
Agree this is really interesting feature and very handy for all organizations that interested in motivation programs in Teams.
