Delivery Options: Allow silent messages, aka a whisper, where it doesn't appear with a big notification
When a coworker is busy, and I want to send them an idea, thought, reminder etc, without interrupting them because it is a low priority notification, I would like to be able to send a message without making a big alert.
The inverse feature of the Urgent/Important feature that showed up recently.

YES! THIS! Until Teams does this, it will never really be a singular place for communication. I also wish there was a way for me to send a big notification with a message like that which an email would prompt. Then Teams could replace Outlook and Slack all in one move
