Access to personal outlook contacts from IP Phone (Yealink T55A, T56A, T58A)
When using an IP Phone like Yealink T55A, T56A or T58A teams edition you are able to access your global address book but you can't access your personal contact from outlook.

Seems counter productive that the personal contact list doesn't show on the ip phone. Using a VP59 Teams edition, and having to look up contacts first on the PC is painful.

has this been sorted? looking at moving my phone system to teams to allow contact to be shown on phone when they dial in. looks like it may not be worth it?

I subscribe this request as well. It's really unacceptable after all this time that they are already busy with this!

Would like to see this as well. The stunning lack of basic features for IP phones after the Teams migration (speed dial; expansion modules; personal contacts; dial from computer/BToE) is depressing as each quarter ticks by. First they kicked our feet out from under us with 3PIP, and add to the pain by such a slow release cycle. No communication on UserVoice from MS on this topic piles on the frustration. Even though we've moved a couple customers to the Teams phone platform, I'm so reticent to pitch it if they have experience with working PBX platforms.

So, in the 90's it was possible but in 2019 with Yealink is not!
We are talking about a 200+ € phone that lacks the capability of having SOME sort of address book apart for GAL.
So in our o365 online enviroment i have to tell our users to see the number from Outlook, write it down and then dial it on the yealink crap! OR i can put my bosses wife phone number in the GAL!!! -

I have bought T55A and seeing same limitation, this is a must have otherwise it's not worth having the desk phones, please implement ASAP !

Yep, I'm seeing same. iOS App and windows App both integrate with contacts, but the Yealink Teams app on phone doesn't.

I just got a T58A and cant access personal contacts which are available in my desktop teams. Looks like a limitation of the phone.
