Add ability to assign Teams Apps | Setup Policies to Groups and not just individual users
Teams now has the ability to create App Setup Policies, but you have to assign them to each user, when editing in the UI. This is tedious when you have hundreds or thousands of users. Need the ability to apply an app policy to a group. If there is a PowerShell for this already I'm sure we can loop through a group WHERE variable, but we have delegated admin access to help desk users that don't have access to PowerShell.
This is becoming more important with the coming custom Power Apps and Power Virtual agent that we needs to be restricted to given groups in large orgs, it would be preferred to execute via the Admin view and/or have any visibility on the existing custom setups/groups assignments.
Teams App setup policy can be assigned to an O365 group using powershell https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/teams/new-csgrouppolicyassignment?view=teams-ps

This is clearly an issue. When you are sharing a tenet with multiple organizations, it is necessary to define policies for specific organizations and apply policy by security groups or even by domain.
In general the ability to use groups not just individuals for assignments to Teams features in the Teams console or by script is needed

This would be a step in the right direction.
It would be even better to assign an App to a Team, so you don't have to worry for App access when a member leaves a Team or a new one is added.
