Teams Meeting Notes for over 20 meeting attendees
When using Teams Meeting; if you add more than 20 participants Meeting Notes isn't available. Up through the point I have 20 or less members, you can add and view old Meeting Notes. Once you add 21 meeting attendees the Meeting Notes option disappears and you can't recover the old notes until your attendee list is 20 or less.
I notice that this idea was created in mid-2019, and all of the comments are from 2020 and since the rough time of when the pandemic happened. Looks like we're not the only ones having larger virtual meetings and running into this arbitrary limit.
This seems like something that should be easy to fix. Please do?
This limit needs to be raised. We routinely have meetings with more than 20 people.
I don't understand this limitation. Is it possible to not have a limit? Thanks!

Hello, Microsoft! I don't understand why the Meeting Notes should be limited to 20 participants only. If we can have a Teams meeting for more than 20 participants, then why can't we have Meeting Notes for such. Isn't this a bug? Please fix this and have it available to any number of meeting participants.
How lame, that this even have to come as an idea.
We just stopped using meeting notes in our company.
Everyone is remoting during covid and may be on a longer term. Need this

Yesterday I held a session where I had around 30 participants - meeting notes worked fine.
I did schedule this re-occurring session directly through MS Teams Calendar and appointed to specific channel.
Not sure if it's different when you organize it through your Outlook.
PS. Meeting organizer can deactivate/activate meeting notes.
I believe meeting notes functionality is actually quite useful to take quick meeting minutes.
Is MS thinking on extending this in meetings with more than 20 participants? Not pretty sure why there's a restriction... Must be something technical, but I'm pretty sure it can be resolved.
In these days, we can have meetings with more than 20 people easily! This must be fixed asap! Thanks for considering.
This should be considered a MAJOR bug. We have many Teams that have well over 20 team members.
Microsoft, this needs to be rectified ASAP.
Makes no sense to limit it to 20 participants.
Meeting notes is such a great feature, why is it limited to the number of participants?
Why?! it makes no sense. What is the relation between meeting notes and number of participants?
It is such a great feature why should you limit to 20 participants?

This should be classified as a Bug, not a Feature (looking at you Microsoft).

Not only that, but the meeting notes are not available for attendees added at a later date. Microsoft, please FIX!
It will be very useful! Please Microsoft, build it!
We are a very large organisation of more than 100K users with global teams so this one is becoming more of a pain point as we go forward with our adoption.
