Team Owners can't export time clock data from Shifts
This is more of a bug than a "feature" request.
If you have created a schedule for a team, then you can export time clock data. However, if you are a team owner other than the person who initially created the schedule, the export function doesn't work. Nothing happens. I have verified this across a number of tenants, and also have just independently had Microsoft Technical Support reproduce the issue on their end independently. Given that MS has no formal mechanism for reporting bugs, it was suggested that I post this issue here, on the Uservoice.
The bug is easy to reproduce.
1. Create a team with 2 owners.
2. Owner 1 creates a shifts schedule and enables time clock.
3. Owner 1 can export time clock data.
4. Owner 2 can perform all administrative functions on the schedule, with the exception of "Export". The button to export is there, but it does nothing.
This happens in both Web and Desktop versions of the app, on both Mac and Windows.
So here we are almost a year later, and this still doesn't work. I've got a team with 2 managers, and one of them can't even review the timeclock without having to ask the other team owner to export it for her.
