My company recently provided an install of this device and fitted it with a custom UI for our client to use. However, once we select to use this UI, after about 60 seconds the screen defaults back to the Skype interface. We have contacted Microsoft regarding this issue but they seem to believe it is a Crestron issue. We would like it if the Crestron device would remain on the custom UI instead of reverting back to Skype. We are unsure if this is simply a bug, or an intended feature which could be altered so that users can select what screen they wish to use as a default.
