Teams Meeting Room - auto-cancel unjoined meetings
It would be useful if room-mailboxes could automatically send messages to the owners of un-started Teams Meeting Room meetings to prompt meeting owner to cancel his/her booking. This would free up meeting rooms for planned or ad-hoc meetings.
So the room could detect if no one has pushed the Join button after let's say 5 minutes of the scheduled time. If no one has pushed the Join button then room-mailbox would send an email to the meeting organiser asking if the meetings is still required.
If it is not the meeting organiser would just cancel the meeting and thereby free up the room.
After 15 minutes, or a configurable time, the meeting room would auto-delete the un-joined meeting (if the meeting organiser did not respond to the reminder or didn't join) and a message sent to the meeting organiser a message along the lines of "cancelled because no one attended)
Again, this is only for Teams Meeting Room meetings.
We also need the Teams Room Device to automatically update the meeting room calendar in Exchange Online when an ad-hoc meeting is started from the Teams Room Device console. In this way no-one can book the room when it is actually in use.

I like the idea, but just want to clarify that it is possible to walk into a room with a booked meeting and then do a proximity join and use the room for your meeting.

Also the option in the room to have a Cancel meeting - typically people arrive at a free room and can't use the Teams Room kit as its blocked, The ability to override the meeting after configured time (say 5-10 mins after start)
