Basic feature suggestions
Teams is a nice concept but with corporations using this as their primary collaboration / conference solution, there are many BASIC features missing that chat programs 15 years ago had standard.
1.) This is a Microsoft product, but there is no easy way to export your channel / chat history out to a word document. This seems like it would be a given. I know in Outlook there is a Conversations folder, but not everyone has this option enabled or working.
2) Allow for multiple windows / pop outs. Its hard to run a chat, call, participant list and screen share all at once. Each of those items should be a separate pop out. Otherwise you have to continuously click between multiple screens which is highly inefficient.
3) Allow the ability to rename participants. There is nothing worse than trying to run a call when all of the participants are phone numbers. We still use WebEx for conferencing and nearly everyone has a name or at least call in users can be renamed.
4) Allow the ability to change font size. Not everyone is 70 years old and needs size 18 font for everything.
5) Lastly, many of these points have been in your forums for years with still no solution. How about showing some initiative and getting the Devs off their *** and get this implemented. Or, buy Slack and at least we would have a working product.
