Prevent automatic presence / status changes
Please can there be a setting to turn off automatic presence / status changes, and also allow the presence setting to stay the same if Teams is closed or reopened or the computer is restarted. It is very frustrating and disruptive to work that the presence can change automatically by itself

This feature exists in Skype but not Teams. Agreed - just because I have something on my calendar doesn’t mean I’m busy or unavailable in Teams.

I agree. I put things on my calendar all the time for reminders or placeholders, but that doesn't mean that my presence in SfB or Teams should be changed to Busy.

I have reminders in outlook, TEAMS shouldn't show me as busy or in a meeting. I want to choose when my presence says away, or busy or in a meeting.
