Teams Auto Attendant - Option to play the After-Hours Menu on Holidays
For Teams Auto Attendants, could we get an action option under Holiday Call Settings to play the After Hours menu? This way if a caller lands in that AA on a designated holiday, they can still hear the after hours menu rather than getting disconnected or bumped to a different AA.
Although our Administrative offices are closed on holidays, we have several departments that are open 365 days a year. Without the option of creating a new menu or using the after hours menu, we have to duplicate Auto Attendants. This is not only cumbersome for original setup but leads to problems and possible inconsistencies when changes need to be made.

We would also benefit from this logical feature. Adding a 'holiday' day to the 'set business hours' would make things much easier to manage holiday....which generally gets handled the same as off-hours.
Like the others here, I was very surprised to learn that this isn't an option. It seems like the most basic option and should have been the first one implemented. I guess I'll have to set up a messy workaround for now.
Agree with all commenters. This is a pain in the you know what when you have to deal with multiple offices with different menus for each. I'm not even sure why "Disconnect" is an option yet treat the call as after hours isn't.

Having this feature would prevent a *ton* of workaround, especially in an org where you require multiple AAs for multiple campuses or office locations.

Workaround for now, send the user to an AA that is always closed to play the after-hours menu :)

This would be great since we treat the Holidays the same as after hours and would be doing the same call handling.
Seems logical right, everything I want to do in Teams that should be basic functionality I have to vote for.
