Call transfer to contact's mobile number without having to manually type it in.
Currently in Teams (with a calling plan license) you can click on contacts and then click on the person's mobile number to initiate a call. very quickly.
However, when you are on a call and want to transfer to that contact, it defaults to calling them on the Teams app. Not everyone will have the ability to properly answer a Teams voice call. So if you want to transfer them to their mobile number, you need to manually type it in which is a real pain. Imagine a receptionist having to always transfer calls by typing in their number manually.
It would be nice to be able to click transfer, pick the person from the contact list and then have the option to either pick their phone number or their teams app.
You cannot transfer the call even if you have entered the receiver number within your phone book. Also not possible to transfer calls directly to existing queues which are internally.
For example the service desk gets a call and wants to transfer it to the "2nd level support queue"... they need to know the names of the employees there instead of transfering easily to the existing queue
This is a sorely missed feature from Skype For Business, our reception staff need an easier method of sending calls off to staff around the site. Manually inputting numbers leads to errors and dropped calls which is just bad customer service.
Great post! There is also an issue of not being able to call a users mobile number (from their AAD contact) if the recipient user does not have a dialing plan.

We are also missing this function for al our deployments that we have done so far. This is also the reason that we are stopped migrating VoIP systems to O365 Voice. Please make this function available as we are receiving this complain very often from our customers.
Thank you Will for creating this post!
Hope that there will be a quick solution to solve this problem!! greetings, Monique
