Your status in "shifts" should be reflected in your main status
If you are off-shift or on vacation in shifts, this should be reflected in your main status. I have just messaged my manager who showed as available(green) in status but was on vacation. I got told off :-(

"The ability to automatically set your status according to your Shifts schedule would be great. Your status could be automatically set to away or busy when you are not on the clock. Similar functionality already exists for basing your status on your Exchange calendar during meetings.
This would help prevent getting messaged by coworkers when you are not on the clock without having to set your status manually every day."
