Add Surface Headphones to the Certified Devices list
Title says it all, can this list (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msofficeo365admin-msoteams-mso_o365b/microsoft-teams-certification-for-surface/9f80f203-5bc0-42e8-bdbf-0501e51ed03a) be updated to include the new Surface Headphones?

Why would Teams Certify Surface Earbuds without a MUTE button?

On top of the integration, I am having issues with the Surface Headphones 2 and Teams. It works fine for hours but all of the sudden the audio/mic not working in the next call.

@Didier You probably shouldn't assume that you understand my rationale. :D
I agree that a premium MS Product should offer a premium experience with other MS products, and I'd love to see them push the limits to wow people.
Seems that the new Surface earbuds do some of that with Office apps like PowerPoint.
If it wasn't before, I'd imagine that since #COVID19, Teams is now one of the main MS apps people use. As a "front door" to the ecosystem the Surface team and others should be ensuring that it's at the top of the list.
The integration between teams should be so great that everyone who wants the best experience in Teams feels like they need a pair of Surface headphones, and that people are jealous of how easy Teams meetings are for Surface customers.
I'm using mine with an HP laptop provided by work (works flawlessly with the Surface devices I have at home) and it's pretty common for me to have to run the Bluetooth troubleshooter in a call to deal with robotic sounding voice or other BT issues.
Room for improvement.

@Mark Noble: Base on your rationale, any headset will work great with Teams!
The problem, here, lies in the small details that make all the difference: beeing able to answer a Teams call by double tapping one earphone, (un)muting the microphose inside Teams application from the hardware mute button.Honesly, don't you think this look like a bad joke? A Microsoft device that is not certified by Microsoft. That's a laugh.
BTW, I read somewhere that Surface Headphones 2 are neither certified... Why make a new version if not to fix the flaws of the old one?

Also will be nice when the double tap on the ear work to answer/hangup te call.

They're listed here... does that count as certification?

Mine work great with Teams - though I do have an issue submitted where pressing the mute button on the headphones doesn't toggle the mute button in Teams (though it does mute the headset audio).
