Transfer calls to external number
Have to possibility to redirect to external number as an action in the call queue's
really need this feature!!
we use an external answering service to answer calls after hours. if we are unable to forward calls to external number, we cannot use this service. Please provide this feature ASAP
I would like to see the 1) after hours call sent to a call queue, 2) if not answered, send to voicemail and 3) have the system call the person designated as on-call to inform them of the voice mail so they can respond to the call. If that person does not answer, then call a backup person.

This is one of the requirements we see in almost all tenders. Adding contact center software just for this is quit expensive
We use an external service for after hours emergency calls and if all lines are busy. Is there a way to forward call queues to that external number automatically?
