Screen Sharing Markup/Annotation
Please add the ability to do live drawing, highlighting and markup on a shared screen during meetings.
We need this for instructing students, too. I have to be able to annotate on any screen I choose to share. I can do this already in Zoom. Please update!

Why isn’t this a feature yet. Massive failure if you expect Teams to be useful for remote teaching technical subject matter.
To Microsoft. To MS Teams
WE NEED SCREEN SHARE TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO ANNOTATE DRAWINGS THAT SHARED IN PDF FORMAT OR A JPEG OR AUTOCAD FILE. ITS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE OTHERWISE MS TEAMS FIR MICROSOFT IS A MASSIVE FAILURE.
WITHOUT THAT FEATURE
CO ORDINATION OF CLASSES
EXPLANATION AND OR ANYTHING ELSE IS OF NO MEANING IF I CANNOT MARKUP AND ANNOTATE SIMPLE DRAWINGS
BE IT IN PDF FORMAT
OR IN JPEG OR IN TIFF
OR IN ANY DRAWING BASE SOFTWARE.
IT ALSO NEEDS TO BE AVAILABLE FOR
IPAD PRO AND
NOT JUST YOUR SURFACE BOOK
Yes, please add this feature

This is a very important feature that makes a lot of people switching back to Zoom.. Please make it a priority
This would be very helpful for working with my special education caseload. They struggle with attention and it would be helpful to draw their attention visually to items of importance.
please do this!
As an educator in this time of the pandemic and having to teach totally in a virtual environment it is imperative that we have the screen sharing markup/annotation feature built within Teams. When trying to navigate with elementary and middle grades children it is easy for them to capture the concepts being taught if we have the capability to draw their eyes and attention to a specific area of the presentation. Likewise, for the students to show their understanding of a concept having this markup/annotation feature will help facilitate this.

Hi All, please see this vote as well: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/32026894-ability-for-meeting-participants-to-draw-on-shared
this is the same idea as this one. please support that vote as well to bring it to the attention at MS

Yes desperately needed in our architectural practice ..... or we need to go back to zoom
Please add this function team.

This is a much needed feature, being in an educational environment where we have faculty that want to use slideboards we have users wanting to default to using Zoom vs MS Teams. Please PLEASE consider adding annotation to Teams
As an architecture firm using teams to do our remote work we are REALLY missing this feature. it gets used in Zoom all of the time for us.

Just adding my vote. Teams has a lot to offer above other collaboration platforms, this should be one. This already exists in Dynamics 365 Remote Assist, how hard would it be to just add the pen?
Would love to use an implementation similar to Slack
fading out the drawing after several seconds like slack would be nice.
Please copy this feature from Slack. It's better than the Zoom version.
Critical for our DevOps team to collaborate which we do daily. This is why we can't move away from Zoom and Slack right now.
