Leave files open being edited when switching sections
If you're editing a file in the Teams tab and you click on another section of Teams, such as Chat, the file you were editing is closed. Clicking on another section of Teams shouldn't close the file. Since Teams is bringing together most of the Office applications we use, it's going to be common to have to switch between sections; we shouldn't have to reopen the file to resume editing. To prevent performance issues and other troubles encountered by leaving a file open and being edited in an unused tab, perhaps it can time out and then refresh automatically when the tab is reopened? I'd even be fine if it only left files being edited open and still closed files being viewed.

YES. This is so annoying. I work on documents with different group chats or teams and having to "work around" to immediately get back to "edit mode" on each document... The switching is so clunky and wastes my time.
