enable the ability to add people to private chat started with external party
when a conversation is started as a 1:1 chat with an external party the option (top right) to add people to the conversation is missing. this is a real problem causing people to end conversations and start a new conversation with an internal user in order to add the external user/s
This would be a great alternative to requiring guest access to the tenant (which Microsoft themselves recommend against in many cases) and then those guests would have to be logged out of their organization and logged into ours in order to message. Would be must better to just be able to form an ad hoc chat group with multiple internal and external parties. Strange how we've gone backwards from the days of AIM and mIRC...

It does lack the possibility of having conversations with internal people but also from outside

This is needed badly.
its also not possible to include an external party in a chat with other internal parties using the add participant button.
Often chat conversations can take place with multiple internal and external participants but this seems impossible to achieve in Teams without making the external user a guest with full guest access to a Team and its channels.
