Scrolling down in Planner should scroll the view horizontally
Scrolling down does nothing in Planner, unless I hover a bucket with a lot of items (then it scrolls vertically in the bucket).
It would be better if scrolling would scroll the view horizontally, or atleast to have this option.

On a phone, when reviewing plans for teams you are a GUEST of you must use the Planner App within Teams. In this app you cannot scroll down. You can scroll across buckets but not down one, so if the bucket is bigger than the phone screeen you cannot see the lower entries.
