Allow blocking of individual users
I would like to be able to block users from sending me messages.

There are useres who annoys with to frequent chats. I would like to have possibility to block them.

I would think a person should have the ability to block a particular person in Teams who is trying to chat with them in Teams, makes sense as a feature to help those who are being "chatted at" more than they like from a particular person. There is some implicit assumption in Teams that anyone in the whole world who wants to can just chat with me and I really cannot ignore this, this is a very bad assumption.
I can imagine all sorts of bad scenarios for people who are getting unnecessary attention from a co-worker, and there is nothing they can do in Teams for example.

Hi - This is possible in the Admin Center controlled by your IT department. I don't think you are able to do so yourself.
