iOS Apps cannot clear account information that has been signed in
Microsoft Teams iOS application is caching account information that has been signed in.
I cannot clear the cached account information.
I tried the following things, but cannot clear.
- Teams App uninstall/re-install
- Clear app data...[Settings(iOS)]-[Teams]-[Clear app data]
- [Remove Account] in Atuhenticator
- Delete [Settings]-[Passwords & Accounts]-[Website & App Passwords]
- Safari [Clear History and Website Data]
We are excited to share that this feature is now available to all iOS users. To clear account information, just swipe left on the account on the login screen.

It's So Stupid ... Why not have a feature to delete past logins Credentials?
this is a much Needed Feature for all of us.
Is there any update from Microsoft on this please!?
Ran into the same issue today.
I totally agree, this is a Desaster with hundreds of shared iPads in our tenant.
How the heck have you not added a way to delete login info from the app?!! are you serious? Deleting your app is the only answer? That's a racket.
Please fix this.

Please enable this on ipads especially for shared devices in schools. It is really bad practice in any case, to leave user account on someone else's device.
I recently switch job and my old company teams account is still there. It is cause problems on my phone with VPN, password setting requirement from my ex-company to log in my phone and account password error message even if I am not using the account.
I deleted teams and reinstall, but still there.

Please enable this as it is a nightmare in Schools where children share devices. Additionally, a Logout button would be great rather than hiding it among settings.
This is unacceptable, such a design flaw! Please fix it!
So so annoying....Can not clear guest login from ipad.
Please fix the problem asap.
This is invasive and frustrating... just keeps users even away from microsoft products.
This is a huge problem for teachers it’s only day 3 of the school year and already most of my ipads have a list of 6 teams accounts on them. Please fix ASAP.
no system worked. Unthinkable that Microsoft didn't handle it from the start.
I am a highschool teacher and my kids can’t legally have permanent access to my details. While homeschooling with 3 kids at home, sharing of devices is necessary on a regular basis. It is a legal requirement that my account can’t be accessed by any other person, so pleasa implement this asap!

I had the Teams-account of a former client in my Teams app on my iPhone. There is no swiping method or anything to remove this obsolete account. I could however remove the obsolete account from the Authenticator app. (This could also a trigger for Teams to remove this obsolete account)
The suggestion to use this 'Clear-app data' option in the iOS settings of the Teams App wasn't helpful. It doesn't work...
I have solved the problem by removing the Teams app from my iPhone... Once MS has a fix for it I will consider to use their stuff again.
I really got tired of those nagging messages to supply a password for the obsolete Teams account to see the messages my old Team posts. But I don't have an active account by this former client of mine, anymore...
