Voicemail for Teams Calling & Call Queues
We have some Auto Attendant and Call Queues set up, when the time is 'out of hours' and a call comes in or if all users are busy and unable to answer a call it should go to voicemail posting the message transcript and audio file in the Team / group linked to the call queue.

Shared voicemail for Auto Attendant, Do we have option released by MS about free License for the shared Voicemail box?
Microsoft launched this feature for Auto Attendants using Office 365 Groups earlier this month.
As of today there is only a single reference on their site for this stating "It supports shared voicemail for callers to leave a message for an organization" at: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/what-are-phone-system-auto-attendants
Hi, we really need this feature. While you can manage a direct routing to voicemail for the auto attendant, you need to route the call to a sepcified user.

With this missing it seems odd to call this a "phone system" at all - this is a basic entry level feature...

We solved this with an additional users... This works but cost an additional phone licence... So we and our customers will be very happy to have a solution for that...

Personally, I would suggest setting it up so that you can send the Voice Mail to an email address. This would allow the most flexibility. Including but not limited to posting the message to a specific channel in a Team.
Purely my thought on the best way to deploy this.

Definitely needed for call queues if no-one picks up after a given amount of time (call timeout -> redirect to "Shared Voicemail")
This is so BADLY NEEDED! We simply cannot have customers being a infinite ring loop, they must be able to leave a message if no agent are available...
