Call queue notification
In Skype for Business Online, when in a call queue, if someone picks up the call from the call queue, other agent will get notified the call has been picked up. That does not work in Teams currently. It's such a useful feature for agents so they know if the call has been handled or caller disconnected!

This is really a needed feature in Microsoft Teams. We need to have all the callback notifications in Microsoft Teams Call Queues:
When some one picks up a call,
Who picked the call,
To whome it was transfered,
Transfered call notifications,
Hold, unhold, mute, unmute, etc.
This is indeed a very important feature. Right now i see a notification that the call has been picket up but the notification does not tell who picked that up... really annoying. Please fix this ASAP
The call queue notification will be very helpful in knowing who has already answered the call, so calls aren't being missed. This was a great feature in Skype for Business
Call queue notification feature is very useful specifically for GHD and reception team , we need notification feature can you enable it?

We use Skype for business with our call groups and it is tremendously useful for our team to know a call has been answered and by whom.
