How can we make Microsoft Teams better?

"Cannot request a keyboard control from the guest user"

Hello,

My team would like to replace WebEx with Teams for Customer Support calls, but not all of our Customers have or use Teams logins. And, although Guest users can join a Teams meeting and share their desktops, they are unable to share control of their desktops. To more efficiently diagnose and resolve issues, we need to be able to request control of their shared desktops.

On the Sharing menu, the Guest login is unable to "Give control" and as the meeting organizer I get a "Requesting control is disabled by sharer company's administrator" error when clicking the "Request control" button.

Thank you.

    Hello,

this feature is crucial for us aswell. We are stuck in the same situation as Geno explained above:
For us this is the key feature to be able to move to successfully starting our MS Teams Projekt inhouse with 300 user!

Please add this feature to the current MS teams version.

Thank you a lot in advance!

    Greetings
    Chris

Please add this, this is an essential feature to a modern collaboration system and it existed in the platform Teams seeks to replace.

This is an important feature for my company as we remotely support many of our custom solutions and a very limited number of our customers have Microsoft accounts. This is the only issue that remains for us to move from Skype for Business to Teams and we will not do so until this is added.
