split screen in MS teams meetings
Would like MS Teams meetings to allow for split screen so you can pull the meeting screens apart so on one screen you have the video feed of everyone in the meeting and on the other screen you have the content being presented. I'm sure this is already out there but I could not find it.
You can use multiple monitor on dedicated Teams VC kit the feature comes as standard on multiple hardware solutions that are MS Teams Certified.
Please make this happen soon!!

This is where Webex kills Teams. I am an avid user of Teams, but this a serious weakness. Thanks for the options below.
Work around - Open windows Teams app, log into call - This is version 1. Open Chrome login to office 365, select Teams, select Use web app instead, open 2nd version of Teams (Now V1 and V2). Use V1 and V2 side by side or best on 2 screens and press F11 to side side bars of chrome. Each version can be used independantly and in the same call, so view presentation in 1 and receipients or notes or whatever in the other. Want to try 4 recipients but cannot run 4 screens at the moment.
Works well as a recipient with 2 screens as you get the person talking on 1 screen and the shared screen/ presentation on the other.

I was trying to copy some planner entries between two teams since there is no way to formally copy planner entries...so it would have been helpful to be able to place the two team/channels side by side in two windows so I could have done this. Assuming the planner copy option will be available at some point in the future, I think it would still be valuable to have the ability to show multiple screens side by side in Teams since it attempts to be an all in one type of platform.

Vote for this idea, where most of the momentum is as it includes this: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/31661131-video-screen-size-when-sharing-screen

I agree! Not sure how this feature could have been overlooked when every other meeting app allows for this. Please make this happen soon!!

I'm supporting this Split Screen feature in Microsoft Teams.
Fully support this. For conference rooms with multiple large displays it would be great to split the video call away from the screen share so that we can always see who we are talking to but at the same time see the shared content.

I would also like this a lot!
It would also be nice if I could have other parts of the interface available at all times (chat, participants and so on).
That way I can see and interact with them without it impairing my view of whatever is presented.
Basically, I have a lot of screen surface and would like to use it more efficiently.
