Block Phone Numbers Ringing Through
Phone numbers that I've taken the time to block under Calls are still ringing through, defeating the purpose of having them blocked. If a phone number is blocked, it should not ring through.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/direct-routing-translate-numbers is what microsoft recommended, what I did instead was a Outbound manipulation on my audiocodes SBC that took any calls from our Telco and added +1 to the Source URI (From Header) for a destination of Teams. This made it E164 format which is required for call blocking to work per support. Confirmed working and immediately works

What is a blocked contact? A contact that would not ring in the phone. Is this really a feature? The same is happening here.
I still have the same issue. Selected "block" for a phone number in History list, but calls still goes through (not blocking). This issue really needs to be fixed.
Remains an issue. Useless feature if they can get through the "block"

Same issue. Calls ring through that are blocked. The functionality is broken.
I've blocked many callers. They can still reach me through Auto Attendant's and Call Queues. Fix it.
Wow! Same problem, I've actually had to sign off. We'll see how the a.m. goes.
Just ran into this myself and found this entry from April 2019. It's now February 2020 and blocked callers still can ring through. In my instance today I believe the blocked call may have been transferred in through an auto-attendant, but it still recognized it as a blocked number in the call history.

I 100% agree with this, and this needs to be addressed. I've gotten repeat calls 2-3 times a day from a number I've blocked. I've now recognized the number so I simply ignore, but now the spam caller is calling from another number - I'm working front desk for a business too, so I cannot screen calls.
