How can we make Microsoft Teams better?

Turn Praise into trackable badge app

We already love the Praise option, and we hope Microsoft can enable some tracking so people can see how many "praises" they get and of the various types. Find a way to make them into badges after so many of a certain type are received. Give a way to track this via analytics data.

Thank you for your feedback. Many customers have asked for reporting capabilities around Praise, so this will be one of our top items in the list of things we want to add to Praise in the future.

    Any update on this? This could be a great feature and would help me hold my leaders accountable to submitting praise in the app (instead of me scrolling through trying to get a sense of who isn't posting praise)

    Any updates from Microsoft Teams on when we can expect this "one of our top items in the list" feature to be released?

    We have been giving out incentives/bonuses during the past year based on individuals receiving praises from other team members. We have been manually tracking the praises with the expectation that we would be able to pull a report from Teams within the near future.

    I assumed there was a way to track praise, i've only now noticed there isnt. What is the point of praise as an app without some sort of centralised tracking of praises? It is just a slower way of typing 'thank you' or picking a 'good teamwork' gif?

    Any update on where and how this may come into practice??? Seems like the last year,2020, there have been many 3rd party apps popping up utilizing TEAMS platform... Seems in Sept you release customizable badges... is there a way planned for employees to see all badges received and then for the organization/company to track or review display badges received badges given?

    Keep it interesting and exciting with the badges being a GIF!

    It could motivate staff and probably an option to showoff/share the same on LinkedIn as one of their achievements! SInce you have already integrated LinkedIn this could be a great opportunity to reflect exactly the same on the professional platform making them highlighted!

    Well done Team! Im in love with the Microsoft 365 package especially the teams platform with many apps like, Planner, Shifts, Power BI intergrated! AMAZING!

    This would be a HUGE cost savings and efficiency for our org if you can make reporting available as we could eliminate our 3rd party recognition platform. Not having to visit an external recognition platform and allow it all to happen in the space where we actually collaborate will easily trend recognition behaviors upward and build engagement. The custom badges is already a huge win.

    We would love to add the Praise App as an actual App in a Teams Channel so we can go there, see a list of the praises, reply, comment etc so they are all in one place.
