Turn Praise into trackable badge app
We already love the Praise option, and we hope Microsoft can enable some tracking so people can see how many "praises" they get and of the various types. Find a way to make them into badges after so many of a certain type are received. Give a way to track this via analytics data.
Thank you for your feedback. Many customers have asked for reporting capabilities around Praise, so this will be one of our top items in the list of things we want to add to Praise in the future.

When is this coming?
Two years and counting... Given that MS won't even look at this, instead of using badges in Teams we went with Kudos. Recommended!

Been waiting for this PLANNED improvement for awhile now. . . please update.
@microsoft I think it's time to keep your word and finally write this extremely difficult code for counting praise
@Alex is it still one of your "TOP" items in mid 2021 ? because 2 years after, it does not seem like it

At my company, we have our own simple, in-house praise form and we present the results at the end of each month. The Praise app is great since it seamlessly integrates into our workflow, but we can't switch over to using it until we can access the Praise results for the month. Reporting for the Praise app would be greatly appreciated
We are also hoping to champion Praise as recognition tool in our business, especially since the introduction of the customisable badges.
However - not being able to track praise is a huge set back. We want to link this to a reward program which would be much more manageable through MS Teams rather than introducing a new application.
Hoping this update will be released soon.

I can't give a report on how Praise will improve our culture and make performance reviews/evals a breeze because I down have an analytic function. It has value but I have to hack functionality through janky hashtags and power automate scripts.

There are other options outside of the Microsoft ecosystem for tracking wins. There are even great systems to report on these wins on the fly. There have been a great number of ideas in here regarding collecting wins to reach achievement milestones, showing off your badges, and wearing your value in more ways than your title or seniority. This is about building and growing corporate culture, the things that keep employees engaged, and with that, there's tons of data science to track your teams' connection and engagement with the org. If you can grow their engagement, you can grow their personal investment and the org's investment. It's a partnership on the macro and micro level.

Please also ensure that we can use Praise in Power Automate so that we can submit praise to other systems that track employee engagement, like a sharepoint list.

Alex it is has been over 1 years since your announcement this was a top item in the list of things to add to Praise in the future.
Is their any update on Tracking Praise in MS Teams?
I have checked the MS Road Map site and it only lists MS Teams: Availability of Praise for GCC, in development.
There is nothing about Trackable Praise.

I can see I'm not alone in wanting this capability, it would be so useful. Can we please have some indication as to when it can be expected?

Hi! when is this due to go live? it would be so valuable.
