Voicemail greeting - allow admins to customise via Powershell/Admin Portal
Allow admins to modify/personalise the voicemail greeting for a user, through Powershell and Admin Portal. Should be able to do this from an administrative perspective
I can upload greetings for auto attendants, so it just makes sense that I should to be able to upload a mp3 or wav file for a user voicemail greetings to make adopting the microsoft phone system as seamless as possible for our users.

One of the very 1st impressions a customer has of a business can be the voicemail recording. Many businesses invest in professional VM recordings to ensure a consistent brand and experience. The inability of MS to support the simple ability to upload a audio file on what is seen as an industry standard can be a deal breaker for some customers. I'm looking forward to MS releasing this capability soon
Should be standard admin facility. Lot's of customers have paid for professional voicemail greetings and there no way to upload a recording via Teams, powershell or GUI. Please ASAP

Low expectations yield substandard results. No expectations yield no results.
Powershell ! ? !
How many years? Allow end users to record a greeting within the app. It's a phone guys! Let's raise the bar and think forward.. Let's Expect it to behave like every other phone on the market at a minimum. EXPECT Microsoft to have had Teams fully integrated with Outlook with all of the benefits of any other phone, YESTERDAY.
SMS. I've lost some serious business because clients have sent me text messages that I never received. There's no excuse.

You can supposedly do this now, but it's only open for preview customers. I've had a ticket open for a week and they are still trying to figure out how to enable it. All part of my circular shared voicemail mailbox conundrum....
