Yearly holiday/vacation planner
Many companies require before each year end that team members allocate their requests for holiday periods along the next year, following limits on number of days and number of persons able to take the same days within the same period. A must have feature, even if it takes a couple of years to bring it to life.
I always wandered how comes that such a product does not exist yet. In must countries I'm aware of teh recordign of presence for payroll purposes is an outstanding issue: an employee shoudl not be able to modify vacation or absence days in the past and shoudl not be able to see anyone else's plan. Supervisors should be able to see their teams. All of that is quite obvious and common across companies. Yet, it does not exist, apparently!..
would be nice if something would exist like shifts, but then for OOO and this going over all your teams, so that you only have to fill in once your holidays, but all teams that your calendar is connected to see directly your time off
