Better reply usability
Time and time again I see others and myself starting a new thread instead of answering in an existing thread.
When I hit this trap the channel conversation often is scrolled down a bit so I don't see the "Reply" link but the very prominent message box that will start a new thread. And I'll start typing.
Something is off here with the UX since internally, with customers and myself I'm seeing people starting new threads when they really just wanted to answer.
