Calls During Meetings
Hello Everyone,
If you have time, may we please suggest a feature to automatically silence incoming telephone calls on the Microsoft Teams application and Yealink Microsoft Teams desk telephones while joined to a Microsoft Teams meeting (without having to set the status to "Do Not Disturb" manually)? This feature will help to prevent meeting participants from hearing the meeting organizer's telephone ringing during a meeting. Thank you

Also, the person who is calling needs to get a notification that the person he is calling can't answer because he is in a meeting.

Yes, such an obvious ask. Or even make it a setting. Some people might want to "be disturbed" when "In a meeting" while others might want to "NOT be disturbed" while "In a meeting". Give people the option.
