I cannot add a channel. Channel disappears after created under a team.

NOTE: you can add new channels from the Mobile App. Not the Desktop or Web apps.

This is happening to our Teams as well. We have tried all the various ways to create the channel, you see it flash for a second like it was added then disappears! it is not in the Channel list either under active or deleted.

This is also happening to me too. The Team was created today, I added four new channels. I returned to the Team site this afternoon and it will not save the new channel. The channel gets created, appears in the channel listing on the LHS of the screen, then disappears!

some of our private channel conversations disappear after a while, it is very difficult to find them afterwards
