Support on-call shifts.
I would like to create an on-call schedule for employees who are required to be on standby for multiple days. Shifts can currently be a maximum of 23h and 45min long. This prevents the creation of on-call shifts that routinely last for weeks.
Suggestion: Support multi-day shifts, full 24h shifts, or support on-call schedules natively.

I have the same need for my team. Currently doing it one day at a time is a nightmare.

I would like to see this too. Currently I am having to use the 'Add Time Off' feature to add a week on-call to members of staff already with normal shifts.

This would be hugely beneficial. We also have on-call shifts which last 1 week each. It would be great if you could create open shifts that are more than 1 week in length!

I fully agree! Preferably it would be possible to add multi-day "on call" periods. These should be "trade-able" like normal shifts and at the same time not interfere with normal "working hours" shifts - they need to overlap. (e.g. 1 week with 8-5 working shifts, on call from monday 8 am to monday 8 am week after).
