How can we make Microsoft Teams better?

Contact integration with Exchange online and/or Dynamics (BC)

A reverse lookup in Exchange online, Dynamics BC, and/or LinkedIn would be phenomenal as an alternative or supplement to passing calling party name.

    Any way to make phone numbers map to names in Teams using Dynamics would be a great beginning
