Configuration Profile name be added as a column to the All Devices list
Raising for Tech Community member
n the Teams admin centre under Manage Devices you have All Devices and Configuration Profiles. There is no way to dynamically apply Configuration Profiles at this time, so you have to wait for devices to register (whenever the user decides to finally log into their new device) before you can apply a profile to the device. Until this happens, the phone defaults its time zone to the manufacturer setting. In the case of Yealink, its China. It is hard to detect new devices sans profiles. I'd like to request that the Configuration Profile name be added as a column to the All Devices list. This way, at minimum I can select the ones missing a profile and then send the correct one to them.

Any update regarding this issue? The lack of functionality with respect to configuration profiles is frustrating and baffling.

It would be fantastic to use PowerShell to manage configuration profiles.
Also in Teams Device configuration portal:
Can't sort by column
Can't search by user
Can't tell what configuration is applied to what Device
Can't add a phone number of device column
Can't set devices to auto update (Out of business hours)
Can't assign more than one device to a configuration at a time (it looks like it works but only ever adds one, so you have to assign each device to a configuration one at a time to actually work) and then you wont be able to check in the list or configuration view.
Yeah totally agree iKnowTech
Is there powershell cmdlets we can use to do the job this half baked GUI attempt doesn't achieve?
Honestly, every-time I come to the uservoice website, its for something that I can't believe doesn't already exist. What's the Point of having configuration profiles if you have no way to even viewing which profiles are assigned to which devices?
I've also noticed that if make a change to a profile that change doesn't get pushed down to the device and trying to get devices to switch from one profile to another doesn't work, or if it does you can't tell which profile they are actually on after attempting to make a change.
There is also no way to Remove a Configuration profile.
I mean seriously, who worked on this UX, and thought job well done, this works well.
Thanks Christopher for adding this for me!
