Meetings: Only display an attendee window if their camera is on.
We don't need a full portion of the screen taken up by a box with initials. A good example is when one room is presenting with a camera, but none of the remote attendees want to be seen. Don't disable the full-screen view of the primary site to the whole meeting when others are not sharing cameras anyway. We can open up the attendees list if we want to see who is in the meeting.
It's also a problem that the members who have the camera on are hidden by the members with their initials icons and can't see their faces
If we can also click a particular user to put the spotlight on him/her, it would be great.
