Per Team Storage options
In general we want to only use OneDrive for cloud storage, however the ability to allow some Teams to have expanded options would be helpful for adoption.
I.e. Team A can deviate from default and be allowed to use some or all the other Cloud Storage options like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. without having to turn that on for the whole org.
We have few teams using DropBox but it can't be allowed just for them in Microsoft Teams. Our security don't want to open DropBox for everyone, so this is required.
