Cannot use Bluetooth Headset with Microsoft Teams
When participating in a Teams conference on mobile (Apple iPhone) - Bluetooth devices stop working.

I've seen this pop up in lots of places and went down a rabbit hole of troubleshooting. Here is what I discovered and appears to be valid.
Wired connections should work fine.
Wireless connections only work if your headphones connect to a USB dongle. I read that MSFT deems most bluetooth chipsets as not being "voice grade" quality. Whatever that means.
My work around, so I can use my comfy Surface Headphone 2s, is to use a separate USB microphone. Hope this is helpful.
Same problem here in windows 10 with Skullcandy earbuds. Any solution yet?
same problem here in windows 10 with a sonny BT headset :(

Same here.. microsoft should fix. No option to select Bluetooth headset in Android teams for audio.. very poor.. this is kindoff basic requirement which mircosoft failed to address.
Same issue, using Teams iOS version on my iPad Pro. Please fix asap as a nightmare during lockdown particularly - not the only one working at home!
The common misunderstanding here is that folks are viewing this as a bug.
In reality, Microsoft does not care that you can't use the BT devices you want to use. Teams is a business app, where the users do not choose to buy/use the product; they are compelled by company license agreements. Which means Microsoft can sign exclusive agreements for hardware compatibility; and you can bet the farm they're doing just that.
Not able to use my Sennheiser bluetooth headset with Teams. Same headset works perfectly with Skype for business meetings.
I am unable to connect my Philips Bluetooth device when we are on participating on mobile while conference call
I am unable to connect airpods with Microsoft Teams that limits my mobility , surprisingly Skype for business connects at same time but not teams.
I tried other Bluetooth device options too it connects with Skype for business but not Teams
Do we have solution

My Bluetooth headset works with youtube and my phone but not Teams. Is there a solution for this yet? Trying to work from home and keep meetings private.

can TEAMS add bluetooth headset capability? I gather this has been raised before?

Can someone from the Teams dev group at least let us know if this is being worked on? This appears to be an issue across all platforms.
Same issue! Is there a fix?
Same issue here with my motorola vervebuds 200. It starts working perfect but after 15 minutes or so the sound stops working. In windows 10 app.
