Cannot use Bluetooth Headset with Microsoft Teams
When participating in a Teams conference on mobile (Apple iPhone) - Bluetooth devices stop working.
Using Oppo Reno 10x connected to a Pioneer headunit in my car.
Android MS Team using Bluetooth works when a call came in thru Teams.
Bluetooth will not work when I join a meeting via Android MS Teams. No option for me to select Bluetooth, only Phone & Speaker options are available.

When I use Bluetooth headphones, Microsoft teams shows waiting for network, when I remove headset, teems working normally

Using Jabra 65t earbuds through a Bluetooth USB dongle works fine on Windows 10 Home for Zoom, Webex, Google Meet. On Teams, experience choppy sound quality and repeated "Bad Network Quality" warning (this is on a hardline ethernet; no Wifi computer). Network quality warning vanishes as soon as bluetooth is disabled. What is going on?
I've added permissions for Teams to access the Mic. That fixed it for about 2 days. Now, clueless as to the issue. It will offer bluetooth, but when I select it, I hear the audio for about 1/2 a second in my headset, then it switches to phone audio.

For Apple users only: I managed to significantly increase stability of my primary Teams station (iPad + AirPod pro) by ... disabling Bluetooth on any other apple device I own that is within Bluetooth reach.
This is indeed a confirmation that the release by apple in iOS 14 / bigsur of an AirPod feature named "Automatic device switching transfers audio from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac" is a key aggravating factor for Teams unability to properly manage bluetooth.

Have been using teams on an ipad pro with airpods for nearly a year now.
It used to work more or less reliably at the beginning, but in Q3 2020 issues became much more frequent and from then it has only been worse. Today each call is a fight to get my airpods working.
I believe the trigger for the massive degradation has been changes apple made in roaming airpods between different devices (phone/laptop/tablet) which aggravated some bugs in Teams.
As reported by other users, this is really a Teams specific issue, other apps (zoom/spotify) work with no issue.
Sennheiser BT headphones, work with everything on every device apart from Teams.
Same issue here on PC/Win10 (PC BTv4). While listening to music the audiotransmission (PC to Headset) works for hours in great quality. In a Teams or Skype (for Business) meeting the audioquality is not as good as before, so i guess it's another Bluetooth-Service to support another channel for the mic. Sometimes right at the start, sometimes 10 or 20 mintes into a meeting (different each time) audiotransmisson stops. I guess there's some issue with the different BT-services or with the Hands-Free-service itself. Since those services are pretty much standardized I wonder what the difference between Teams-certifed and uncertified devices is. ...especially considering that it happens on all platforms and other (non MS) voicechat apps do not have that problem. It sure makes it look like this is intentionally, so a statement by MS (@Admin) would be much appreciated. A Fix even more ;-)
Similar problem to others reported here when using my AfterShokz Air headset. However, the issue I have is the "Bad network quality" message that Teams pops up whenever I'm using the Bluetooth headset (rarely when I'm using a wired headset).

Bluetooth headphones don't appear as an audio option since I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

I had an Aftershokz and I had almost the same problem. I can connect to a meeting for a few minutes and then my headphone went vibrating all the time, which I can't continue using it. It was fine when the headphone was used for listening to music all day
Same probem here. When switching to bluetooth headset from speaker, connected through wifi, the Microdoft Teams call drops.
It's related to the concomitant use of wifi and bluetooth.

Using Motorola vervebuds 400 on my Win10 system the sound stops after 2-10 minutes. Restarting the Teams meeting fixes it for a few minutes. Other BT devices (Grundig, jbl) no problems.
Microphone stops working 2min into the call. Test call and the first 2mins of every call works fine though.
I´m using a HP zbook with Win10 and Sony wh 1000xm3.
Oh and btw. why the **** is there almost no settings for headsets? E.g. turning your mic louder? Even LOL chat has it.
I was using a very old mac with teams and my bluetooth headset worked fine. Now I have a new laptop that runs Windows 10 and has no audio port so I HAVE to use my bluetooth headset, but when I start a call everything is great until I can no long hear anyone. My mic on the headset still works properly but the earbuds stop working. I've tried some trouble shooting, but after much googling I've learned that many people are having bluetooth issues with teams. In 2020 when we are working remotely during a pandemic, this functionality is incredibly important. I can not have effective meetings with my new computer. I have to use my smartphone to ensure I don't drop the audio.
Could use Bluetooth Headset on Teams with old phone (Android), upgraded and now the exact same Bluetooth headset won't work with Teams on the new phone (Still Android). Will work with every other app on this phone, but not Teams. Anybody figured out a fix yet?

Samsung Note 20 Ultra
When connected to a teams meeting, clicking the speaker, the only options given are the 2 speakers on the phone and no option to select bluetooth speaker. No options in the apps setting to add Media or Bluetooth.
Any movement on this issue to be able to use bluetooth wireless headsets with the android mobile app?
On my Samsung Note 20 Ultra, Zoom works, Webex works--Teams doesn't.
Fix ASAP, please
Trying to use a galaxy S20 and Sony MDR-ZX750BN headphones and select bluetooth from the devices, only device or speaker
Does MS Teams only support certain bluetooth headsets???? Can not be true.....
