Audio conferencing service integration in Teams
Regarding the use/integration of the Audio conferencing service integration in Teams
- The PIN # is not properly explained anywhere. As an example, the PIN # is valid forever. Furthermore, for the initial scheduled call, the PIN # is not given/shown anywhere to the organizer. The only option the organizer has to figure out what the PIN number is, is to "Reset the PIN #" which does not make sense. That is a workaround and not a proper design.
- When the organizer joins the audio meeting from a speaker phone in a conference room, everyone in the lobby should be automatically brought into the meeting. This should be the "default" behavior. Instead of changing this setting through PowerShell, why not have a toggle switch (ON / OFF) setting at the organization level.
- If there is no difference between an organizer and a leader, then Microsoft should be consistent and always use the same terminology to refer to the organizer. They need to change their recording and replace the word "leader" with "organizer".

Audio Conferencing does need some work.
Powershell?? Really? How about giving the USER control of their meetings - As an admin I don't want to have to make changes for users for their meetings.
