Teams Outlook add-in crashes Outlook with multiple Exchange accounts
I have two Exchange accounts linked to my Outlook. Outlook crashes if the Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-In is enabled and I click on the Inbox of the 2nd account. Here's the error from Event Viewer:

We are seeing the same problem on multiple machines.
We run our own Exchange Server, and also have outlook.com/hotmail.com accounts in the Outlook profiles (Which seem to use account type=exchange.)
clicking on any folder in the hotmail account in Outlook 2016 causes an outlook hard crash and restart!
simply disabling the Teams add-in solves the problem.
And the Teams add-in won't work for us even before we disable it. It launches a meeting request form, but then pops up an error saying it "couldn't schedule a meeting" so disabling it isn't a huge penalty since it doesn't work in even when it is enabled.
