How can we make Microsoft Teams better?

Chat > Contacts > Import a group of contacts from 365 Groups/Distribution List

In SfB, I used to be able to add a distribution list as a contact. This resulted in the whole list of contacts within that list to be added within a group on my Contacts list.

In Teams, this doesn't seem possible. Can this be developed and implemented?

If we are moving everyone to Teams, why is this not an option already. I can add anyone of my groups in Skype for Business and it filters in my members which because a contact group. Please add this to Teams.

We started the adoptions - but the contact list part is not that good. I wish there was a way to import a general list. Skype had the option of loading distribution list - which was relatively good. And the tight connection to Outlook contacts was really helpful - why doesn't Teams have that?
