planner notification
When updating comments on a Task in planner an e-mail notification is sent to all members of the Team. It should be possible configure the behaviour based on each Planner, to allow some of the following options:
1. Disable all notifications;
2. Notify Task owner ONLY;
3. Notify all Team members (currently what happens).
It would also be beneficial to be able to set these options based on activities, for example, creating new Task, modifying Task, assigning user, updating comments, changing priority, etc.

Notifications should be similar to the Teams Application Settings:
Add "Planner" to the Settings > Notifications pane
Type: Banner, Feed, Both, None.
Category: Comments, @mentions, Assignments, Reminders, New tasks, Closed Tasks (Completed or Deleted).

We also have same kind of requirement.
We have multiple channels under single team and have separate planner in each channel, we have multiple tasks in each planner, When we are adding any comment in planner tasks, The email notifications are getting triggered to all team members instead of corresponding channel members Could you please provide any option to restrict notifications to channel only.
Current there is no option notification restriction in MS-Team
