resending invitation to join microsoft team
Please allow for some way to resend the inital invitation to a Team. Every time I do this at least one person never gets the mail it would be great if I could go to their name and just click a resend email.
Whaaaaaat ????? Only 220 Votes ???? Is the whole d**m world asleep ?? Or does nobody use Teams nowadays?
You can go find the guest user account in AzureActive Directory - Users
Click on the user to open their profile and in the Identity section under 'Invitation Accepted' you can manage the invite and resend if needed.
Seems like one of the most basic features of any online calendar application. This is a required feature and should have been included in the last update.

It is frustrating that Teams has so many useless features, like sending Charms, but not the stuff people really need, like resending an invite or even being able to invite multiple people in one go (like pasting a list of email addresses). It is incomprehensible why it is taking Microsoft soooo long to implement important things, 6 months waiting for this one!, while frivoulous things get added sooner.
Perhaps instead of being an engineering-focused company it should focus on end users a bit more, and not just the corporate ones. It is clear why Zoom wins, by simply focusing on the end user. Rant over.

I to have troubles when sending invitation updates. When organizing meetings I find that if I need to add a new invitee and update the invitation Teams sends the invite out to every body on the list not just the new invitee. Is it possible to send the invitation up date out just the new invitee?
When attaching channels to an invitation is it possible to attach multiple channels from different teams?

Microsoft.. PLEASE add this feature. I've had so many users lose track of their invitation in their email. We need an easy link we can send to them in a text message, chat, etc.
Hi there, We use TEAMS to share docs for contractors- these contractors lose their invites and it seems really complicated to re-send invites. Please make this a feature!
It is unbelievable that you can't resend a Teams meeting invitation!
Hi you all Teams must set a button to resend invites that do not answer. I had to change the meeting time to resend all but I only want to send it to members that had not answered.

While this feature does need its own "resend invites" button of some kind, there is a fairly quick way to get this done. Do the following:
- open the Teams Meeting entry from Outlook
- click the Contact Attendees button up in the ribbon
- click "reply to all with email"
- click send
- objective accomplished.
Now Microsoft, simply create a ribbon button that does all of this with one click!! I hope this helps some of you.

OMG - seriously - this is NOT a feature!?!?!?

Being able to effectively manage invitations should be a part of any "team" capability, including:
* Tracking invitations
* Resending invitations
* Revoking invitations
POSSIBLE WORKAROUND. Go to your 'Sent Items' in your mailbox. Select the original item that you sent. Forward this item to the person who you want to re-send to. This has worked for me in the past.
this is all in azure
This would be huge. And to have an opened /not opened view.
Yes, it's crazy we have to come up with workarounds.
I got round this by changing the meeting time by one minute and then hitting "send update".
I think that works ...
It's easier than adding / removing email recipients
yes-- I see others have asked as well-- help-- need this now

The work around is extremely frustrating. Please add this feature. Your system is suppose to help save time, the process in place right now is counterproductive, to say the least.
agreed - really needed
