Add Call Forwarding ("Redirect Call") Options to "Auto Attendant" (both working hours and after hours) and "Call Queues".
We use an outside phone receptionist service to answer all our calls.
This feature change will be helpful for businesses who want to forward to their mobile phone or an after-hours support service desk.
We’d to be able to forward calls to another number or to voicemail by time of day. My home office has poor cell service for my work phone, but good for my personal phone. I don’t want to give my personal phone number out. But if I could forward calls to my personal phone during office hours and to voicemail after office hours and weekends I could use this as an attendant.
This is a requirement for many businesses that want to ensure an afterhours service is available to answer any specific users DDI

I have a similar statement on another request. Basically, also about forwarding to external numbers from Auto attendant.
You are going to lose a lot of potential business because of this missing feature.
All other phone systems have this ability. Our company loves the integration of the phone system with Teams, BUT we can not move forward with your phone system without this feature.
If you want to compete with Vonage, Ooma, RingCentral, and any other phone system you need to have all the features people will use. This is the easiest code fix on your side. It will take you no time whatsoever.
Please just make this happen.

I wonder if assigning Virtual Phone System license on a user and then doing the forwarding would work?
We need this too. Has this feature been added to Microsoft Teams?
Please enable this feature ASAP, it is a requirement of our business. This functionality worked perfectly fine in the Skype for Business Legacy portal. This is BASIC functionality. !
YES after hours we want to forward to an answering service. This is preventing us from moving our main line to Teams
