outlook integrations for shifts
Once a user is assigned a schedule within shifts the schedule should sync to their outlook calendar.
It would also be nice to see Available shifts in outlook and be able to accept them (or at least link to the shift in teams to be able to accept)

Integration with Outlook is planned. We will update you as we have more details.
Thanks.

Crucial component. Astounded it wasn't included from the start. Calendars are already synchronised in one direction, outlook calendar icon is already there. Two-way visibility would make Teams shifts viable for our organisation. Please advise status and estimated release date.

There is a guide on how to get Shifts into Outlook Calendars for users, using Power Automate (credit to Pieter Veenstra from MS Tech Community)

Agree, this should be an obvious function with Shifts. Afterall, it's the same company (Microsoft) that owns both applications.
