outlook integrations for shifts
Once a user is assigned a schedule within shifts the schedule should sync to their outlook calendar.
It would also be nice to see Available shifts in outlook and be able to accept them (or at least link to the shift in teams to be able to accept)

Integration with Outlook is planned. We will update you as we have more details.
Thanks.

We may hold off using Shifts until this feature is enabled. Really looking forward to using it in the future.

The ability to have frontline/shifts feed appointments into individual user Outlook calendars would make things so much easier.

Patiently awaiting some sort of calendar/Outlook sync. Right now we have to manually manage a separate SharePoint calendar with the on-call schedule which pretty much leaves Shifts as just extra busy work. Once some sort of calendar capability is added then Shifts might actually be useful.

Count me as one more vote for this feature. Can easily add 20 more employees.

Need this, so other employees who are not a member of the team can see on call users availability by just looking at their calendar.

At the moment we are adding a 3rd party planning tool Ganttic if Shifts were integrated we wouldn't need the time and expense of validating the external software.

This should have been an automatic built-in feature. Maybe roll out an Outlook plug-in for Shifts.

Hello,
We had planned rollout of staffhub/shift when we discovered that flows aren't supported anymore.
This is a big drawback as flows enhance considerably staffhub.
Our main feature is creating an appointment in the user calendar and now that flows are broken we can't do that anymore.Abandonning the product until the feature of flows are supported.
I'm quite surprise a commercial product as staffhub is so easily changed without feature continuity. -

We use Outlook calendar a lot and we all keep it updated to help with scheduling meetings. Synchronising Shifts with Outlook would mean that we don't have to duplicate entries, after either allocating or changing a shift. At the moment we have to update the Outlook calendar manually which duplicated the work and some people start saying what is the point of using Shifts due to this duplication.
We can see our schedules from Outlook in Team Meetings, so why not adding automatically our Shifts to Outlook? it would be a great help.

I manage an office who relies on Staffhub for scheduling and uses a third-party time keeping application, Kronos. It would be very nice if Shifts could integrate with Kronos, so that changes made in Teams can be synced with Kronos.
Just an idea.

Could you provide an estimated time frame for release of this feature? This is a big backwards step from previous staff hub functionality!
Would also be beneficial if you could choose which shifts are to be migrated into outlook, i,e in our instance fieldwork should be synced as dates are not flexible, where as reporting can be moved around and is added more to get an idea of resourcing, this would be excessive an redundant information to import to Outlook. Perhaps this could be achieved by being able to choose whether to sync published and/or unpublished shifts?
