outlook integrations for shifts
Once a user is assigned a schedule within shifts the schedule should sync to their outlook calendar.
It would also be nice to see Available shifts in outlook and be able to accept them (or at least link to the shift in teams to be able to accept)
Integration with Outlook is planned. We will update you as we have more details.
This is a vital feature to have to alert when a shift has been assigned.
Would be awesome if you could fast track this deployment.

It's been almost a year since this has been marked as planned, any update or ETA? This is critical functionality that is missing and would help out all of us.

Shifts is basically useless without this connectivity.
I was just wondering how far off the Shift/Outlook sync is from being available?
I have just started using shifts and really see the value of this feature being added.

As Microsoft are the world leader in business IT solutions for many decades.
I would have expected this integration baked in from the start. It would be great to see this feature in the near future.
It would make managing our on-call engineers shifts so much easier and remove the burden having to manage two calendars.
This would be an incredibly helpful feature and would persuade me to move our planning onto Shifts.

Great to see 2 years later this is still dead in the water... How hard is it to integrate something that can be done with power apps? I'm technically competent enough to set it up but it's an unnecessary burden I don't force upon my employees.

So integration is planned (2 years ago).... there is a new president, a pandemic came, vaccines were developed... still working on it?

This feature is almost mission critical for a lot of business that want to use the Shifts feature. Please inform us of any progress here
Any updates on the progress? Is it still in the planning stage or are we nearly ready for Deployment? It would be great to be able to add a group to send emails to, like accounting so that they are automatically notified and keep track of time off. This would be a great feature without needing to build out a workflow.
