Canned responses avaialble in Teams Chat
Canned responses in the chat feature that allow for quick and easy routing response. User defines what they want plus possibly some suggestions. It would be really helpful with our workflow.
"Tied up, will get back to you shortly"
"Please transfer call to me"
"Please send client to reception"
"Please have client fill out intake"
"Your time off has been approved, please log into __ to review or make any changes."
Please add this. Even 1 or 2 would be huge timesavers!!

Yes this would be amazing. We have normal remote support tools on our help desk. But now in this pandemic, we are supporting a lot more users on personal devices, so Teams has been used even more. Many canned responses would be great. One small example would be - "Can you click the Screen Sharing icon in the top right corner of your Teams app? Then select the "Desktop" window. "
